Filipino Intercollegiate Networking Dialogue (FIND) is a national organization that links Filipino organizations at colleges and universities from Maine to Virginia. FIND consists of seven districts. FASA at the College of William and Mary is a member of the southernmost district, District VII (D7), which consists of ten schools in Virginia: College of William and Mary (Williamsburg), James Madison University (Harrisonburg),  North Carolina State University (Raleigh), Old Dominion University (Norfolk), University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill), University of North Carolina at Charlotte (Charlotte), University of North Carolina at Greensboro (Greensboro), University of Virginia (Charlottesville), Virginia Commonwealth University (Richmond) and Virginia Tech (Blacksburg).

At the national level, FIND sponsors a fall dialogue and spring conference. Each school may bid to host any dialogue or conference. These weekend events draw Filipino organizations from all seven districts. The dialogues usually include speakers on Filipino and Filipino-American issues and encourage discussion between attendees and the issue experts. The conferences include expert speakers and educational workshops.

In addition, FIND is a member of the East Coast Asian American Student Union (ECAASU) which links Asian student associations all along the East Coast and Canada. ECAASU also holds an annual conference.

At the district level, two representatives from each member school meet monthly and report back to their respective executive boards. In D7, mini-retreats are held at a member school inviting member schools to come and learn about Filipino-American culture and foster the development of FIND especially, District VII.
